Bethan Williams

Watership Cantabile were happy to appoint Bethan Williams as Musical Director in September of 2021. Bethan’s high energy rehearsals and exciting programmes have injected new life into our well established choir.

Bethan is a London based soprano, singing teacher and choral conductor. Having read Music at the University of York, Bethan now works as a singing teacher for St Paul’s Girls’ School. She has had the pleasure of singing with Tippet Voices at the Barbican in Alice Oswald’s Memorial, and of dueting alongside Mark Padmore with Britten Sinfonia, in Benjamin Britten’s The Company of Heaven.

Bethan is also the Musical Director Canbury Singers, a vibrant community choir in Kingston, and Horsham Harmony.
